1. Who we are
myLimbic is operated by N. Bagga, BABCP-accredited CBT therapist practising in the United Kingdom. For data protection purposes, N. Bagga is the data controller. Contact: hello@mylimbic.co.uk.
2. What we collect
Account information: Name, email address, and device identifier.
Clinical data: Check-in responses, CBT exercise completions, mood ratings, and reflections entered in the app.
Booking details: Name, email, and appointment preferences.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics (with your consent).
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect biometric data beyond Face ID (which stays on your device).
We do not collect payment card numbers.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
We do not share clinical data with any party other than N. Bagga without your explicit consent.
4. How we use your information
To provide and personalise the myLimbic app.
To enable N. Bagga to review your progress and provide effective therapy.
To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
To comply with legal and professional obligations.
5. Data storage and security
All data is stored on UK-based servers. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to clinical data is restricted to N. Bagga.
6. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Email hello@mylimbic.co.uk to exercise any right.
7. Data retention
Clinical records retained for 8 years from end of treatment, in line with NHS guidance. Account data deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
