Getting started

How do I access the app?

myLimbic is free on iOS. You need an invite code from N. Bagga — sent automatically when you book your first session.

I have a code — what do I do?

Download myLimbic from the App Store. On the registration screen, tap "I have an invite code" and enter your 6-character code. Your account links to N. Bagga's practice.

What does the app cost?

Completely free for clients of N. Bagga. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no advertising.

Using the app

How does the check-in work?

The daily check-in starts with a body silhouette — tap where you feel something. You are guided through what is happening, what your mind is saying, and what you are drawn toward. The app then reflects your pattern back to you with a personalised insight.

Who sees my responses?

Only N. Bagga, in her secure practitioner dashboard. No third parties, no advertising use.

The Face ID lock will not open

The app falls back to your device passcode if Face ID fails. Still locked out? Email support@mylimbic.co.uk.

Sessions

How do I book?

Use the booking page. N. Bagga confirms within 2 working days with a Google Calendar invite.

Cancellation policy

48 hours notice required. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. Email hello@mylimbic.co.uk to reschedule.

Online or in-person?

N. Bagga offers both. Online sessions use a secure video platform. Choose your preferred format when booking.

Privacy & data

Where is my data stored?

UK servers, fully UK GDPR compliant. Encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Can I request my data?

Email hello@mylimbic.co.uk with the subject "Data Request". You will receive an export within 30 days.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, any time. Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email hello@mylimbic.co.uk.
