Helping people understand their minds — and change how they feel

N. Bagga trained at postgraduate level in CBT following her BSc in Psychology. She spent over five years within NHS mental health services before establishing her private practice.

Her approach is collaborative — building a detailed picture of each person's patterns before designing a treatment plan. The myLimbic app grew from her clinical experience: recognition that the most important therapeutic work often happens in everyday life.

She works with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, social anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem.

What people say

Names changed. Testimonials are illustrative; actual experiences vary.

"I had tried therapy before but always lost the thread between sessions. The app kept me engaged with the work daily — not just in the room once a week."

"N. Bagga is warm and genuinely skilled. The homework felt manageable — and seeing my progress in numbers made it real in a way that talking alone doesn't."

M
Marcus, 28

"Seeing my predictions versus what actually happened was genuinely eye-opening. I stopped trusting my worst-case thoughts quite so automatically."
